There is another way.

I Believe

I believe in the truly limitless possibilities available to every human being.

I believe the world flows according to the state of consciousness within it. As consciousness expands, everything flows with less friction. The suffering is not the enemy. The contracted consciousness underneath it is.

I believe you do not have to push. Growth flows. When you align with your desires and dissolve what is blocking them, everything moves from there.

I believe we are the divine expressing through us. When we ask the personality to step to the side and hold it with compassion and love, the power of the divine flows. This is the faith of a mustard seed.

I believe that through dissolved limitations, consciousness expands. When consciousness expands, people see what is available to them for the first time.

I Know This to Be True

I know because I lived it.

The first time my own rocks were removed it was a surge of energy. Addicting. I wanted to find every other rock. That led to some anxiety from so much dissolving at once. Through allowing and patience, a new version of me integrated into my reality.

What I saw in twenty-five years of IT leadership was the same pattern in capable people again and again: an attachment to external results. Everything they ever wanted was already available. All they had to do was be available to it. Release what was blocking it.

The Navy taught me the importance of discipline. Not as structure. As the understanding that responsibility lies in the discipline.

I know that the moment the rocks begin to dissolve, the first thing people say is not relief or gratitude. It is something closer to disbelief.

I know what life looks like on the other side. You wake up in the morning refreshed. Your first thought is that life is happening for me. You move through your day relaxed, with the quiet confidence that you have got this.

I know this is not a world the people I serve can imagine yet. Not because they are broken. Because it is an invitation to a world that is foreign to them. They have only ever lived on the rainy island. They do not know yet that another island exists.

I Will

I will be a guide.

I will hold hands through the discomfort.

I will provide the example. A way shower.

I will hold the container for their desires.

I will hold space with love, grace, and compassion.

I will work at the level where the work actually matters. Not behavior. Not strategy. Not willpower. At the belief underneath the behavior. The rock under the water. The pattern installed before they had any say in it.

I will speak the language of the skeptical leader. Hypnotherapy is merely a tool in the toolbox. It is a natural, relaxed method. It is not the only way. It is the quickest and most direct because it gives you immediate access to the rocks.

I will not push someone where they are not willing to go. What is ready will surface. Forcing is not necessary. The river knows how to flow.

I will build a container accessible to everyone who is open to it, where people can experience firsthand what this work feels like. Not described. Experienced.
